He has worked in various regional and international marketsin both reinsurance underwriting and broking capacities. Tatenda has enjoyedserving clients as an underwriter and broker across various classes of businessin Treaty and Facultative lines over the course of his 17-year career. Tatendais a Chartered Insurance Practitioner of the United Kingdom's CharteredInsurance Institute. He has a Master of Business Administration from EdinburghBusiness School at Heriot Watt University in the United Kingdom, as well as aBachelor of Commerce Honors Degree in Risk Management and Insurance.
Caesar is aseasoned insurance professional with a wealth of experience in various roles,including branch management, claims management, and marketing. He has a strongeducational foundation with a National Diploma in Insurance from ZambiaInsurance College Trust and a Professional Development Course in FinancialManagement from UNICAF University. Currently, he is pursuing a Master ofBusiness Administration from the University of Suffolk (UK), further enhancinghis expertise in the industry.
Mandla is anestablished insurance professional with nearly 5 years of diversifiedexperience and underwriting expertise in the short-term insurance andreinsurance industry. He has experience in handling short term insurancebusiness in underwriting, claims handling as well as reinsurance broking inplacement of reinsurance programs through use of bespoke reinsurance models. Heholds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Insurance and Risk Managementand has a proven track record of delivering results in the industry.
Nyashadzashe Blessing Msindo is an enthusiastic junior broker with a keen interest in thereinsurance industry. Nyasha holds a degree in insurance and risk managementfrom Midlands State University, Zimbabwe. She has previous experience in the lifeassurance industry where she served as in branch sales and administration roles.
Dorothy Lukama earned a Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science from theUniversity of Zambia. She ishighly motivated with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, riskmodelling, and data interpretation. With a solid academic background and a keen interest in the reinsuranceindustry, Dorothy is well positioned to contribute meaningfully to the field.Her analytical mindset, combined with a fresh perspective and eagerness tolearn, equips her to bring valuable insights to complex risk environments.
Kotswane Seemola is agraduate from the Ekurhuleni East College holding a Diploma in FinancialManagement. He is currently gaining hands-on experience in the reinsuranceindustry, with exposure to underwriting, client servicing, and operationalsupport. Kotswane is committed to growinghis expertise in both Treaty and Facultative lines. He brings a strong workethic, attention to detail, and a drive to develop into a well-roundedreinsurance professional.
